We are looking for energetic and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our growing logistics operation in Tampa, Florida. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our distribution center, contributing to the efficient movement and storage of goods. This position involves a variety of tasks, including loading and unloading trucks, organizing inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and assisting with general warehouse upkeep. You will work closely with the warehouse supervisor and team members to ensure that all operational goals are met. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong commitment to safety and productivity. Experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial, but we welcome candidates with a strong willingness to learn and contribute. This role requires physical stamina, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail. We provide all necessary PPE and emphasize safety protocols to prevent accidents. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a career in the logistics and supply chain field. Key responsibilities include: Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments; Storing inventory in designated locations; Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch; Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification opportunities available); Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area; Participating in inventory counts and cycle counts. Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in lifting up to 50 pounds and be able to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of their shift. Safety is paramount, and adherence to all safety guidelines is expected.
