Job Summary:
Join our energetic team as a Distribution Center Associate in Charlotte, North Carolina! This role is fundamental to the success of our supply chain operations, involving a variety of tasks related to the movement and storage of goods. You will be responsible for picking orders, packing items securely, and preparing them for shipment, as well as receiving and stocking incoming inventory. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
  • Pack orders efficiently and securely, ensuring product protection during transit.
  • Stage prepared orders for shipment, verifying counts and labels.
  • Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and accurately record inventory.
  • Stock shelves and storage areas with incoming merchandise, maintaining organization.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers (training provided where necessary).
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
  • Wear required PPE, including safety shoes and vests, at all times.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.
  • Contribute to overall team goals and operational efficiency within the logistics framework.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate PPE.
