Join our fast-paced fulfillment center as a Fulfillment Associate in Tampa, Florida! In this role, you will be instrumental in the accurate and timely processing of customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will include picking, packing, and staging orders for shipment. This position demands a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. You will work with a dedicated team to ensure that all products are handled with care and reach our customers in perfect condition. This role involves active participation in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols, and contributing to the overall productivity of the warehouse. We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and other technology.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate shipping materials.
- Stage completed orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and routing.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and policies, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and other warehouse operations as directed.
- Support team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Ability to handle frequent lifting of items.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or retail environment is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform tasks requiring lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Understanding of and commitment to workplace safety.
