Our Huntsville, Alabama facility is looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team! This role is fundamental to our daily operations, encompassing a wide range of tasks essential for an efficient warehouse. You will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping activities, contributing directly to our logistics success. We are seeking individuals with a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and verify incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and designated areas with accuracy and efficiency.
- Pick customer orders using pick lists or scanning technology.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting techniques.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual handling equipment.
- Support the logistics team in achieving daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform manual lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following instructions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
