Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and accurately store incoming goods.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Stage outgoing shipments and ensure all documentation is correct.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, adhering to strict safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
- Utilize scanning equipment for inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Perform general labor duties as needed to support overall warehouse operations.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Must be able to lift and move products up to 50 pounds.
- Proficiency in using warehouse equipment and technology.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of basic safety procedures is essential.
