We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join our operations in Indianapolis, Indiana. This role involves a range of essential warehouse duties, contributing directly to the smooth flow of our logistics. You will be involved in receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and prepping orders for shipment, and managing inventory. Responsibilities:
- Receive, check, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick items from shelves according to order lists, ensuring accuracy.
- Pack items carefully and efficiently for shipment, using appropriate materials.
- Prepare orders for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required or provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Support overall logistics and supply chain functions as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is preferred but not required. Must be physically capable of performing tasks including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be committed to adhering to all safety regulations, including PPE protocols. Familiarity with basic logistics concepts is a plus. Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for this role.
