We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Associate to become a key member of our logistics team in Phoenix, Arizona. - Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
- Sort and place materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock management.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting and PPE requirements.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Proficiency in using hand-held scanners and basic computer systems.
- Strong understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory control principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours.
