Responsibilities:
  • Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and company standards.
  • Stage and prepare outgoing shipments for carriers.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Inspect goods for damage and report any issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Assist in other warehouse functions as needed to support the logistics team.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring manual labor, including lifting up to 60 lbs.
  • Understanding of basic inventory control principles and logistics operations.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and experience with PPE.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be reliable and punctual for all scheduled shifts.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
