Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Stage and prepare outgoing shipments for carriers.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Inspect goods for damage and report any issues.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Assist in other warehouse functions as needed to support the logistics team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring manual labor, including lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Understanding of basic inventory control principles and logistics operations.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and experience with PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be reliable and punctual for all scheduled shifts.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
