We are hiring an enthusiastic Warehouse Associate for our San Jose, California location. This role is integral to our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate management of inventory and order fulfillment. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming goods, verify quantities against orders, and inspect for damages.
- Stock inventory in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and rotation (e.g., FIFO).
- Accurately pick items from shelves to fulfill customer orders promptly.
- Pack orders with care, using appropriate materials to ensure product integrity during transit.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and necessary documentation.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, with proper training and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Strictly follow all company Safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Participate in regular inventory cycle counts and assist with stock management.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to meet operational targets.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of our Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a strong asset.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for prolonged periods and Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, essential for teamwork.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety and the proper use of PPE .
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding work environment.
- Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is advantageous.
- Must possess a reliable work ethic and consistent attendance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential overtime, as needed.
- A dedication to supporting efficient Logistics processes.
