Job Summary:
Join our growing team as a Warehouse Associate in St. Louis, Missouri! This essential role supports the daily operations of our distribution center, ensuring that goods are handled efficiently, accurately, and safely. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse management, from receiving and stocking to order picking and packing. Your contribution is vital to our supply chain success, helping us meet customer demands and maintain high standards of service. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, identify, and accurately sort incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with speed and accuracy.
  • Stock shelves and ensure proper inventory rotation using FIFO/LIFO principles.
  • Operate manual and powered equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counting as required.
  • Identify and report damaged goods or discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and process orders.
  • Wear appropriate PPE at all times, including safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
  • Assist with loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring product integrity.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the warehouse Logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and meet performance targets.
  • Comfortable with physical demands, including standing for extended periods and frequent Lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Understanding and adherence to Safety guidelines and proper use of PPE .
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Willingness to learn and operate different warehouse equipment.
