Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Package orders securely and efficiently according to company standards.
- Ensure correct labels and shipping information are applied.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with receiving and put-away of incoming stock as needed.
- Contribute to team goals for order fulfillment speed and accuracy.
- Perform regular quality checks on packed orders.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors immediately.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of basic logistics and warehouse operations.
- Willingness to wear required PPE at all times.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and Lifting throughout the shift.
