Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Pack products securely and efficiently, ensuring they are protected during transit.
- Verify order accuracy against items picked and packed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counting.
- Identify and report any damaged items or discrepancies to management.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and order fulfillment.
- This role involves regular lifting of items up to 30 lbs, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Understand and follow all logistics procedures related to order processing and shipping.
