This position plays a central role in executing university-level admissions processes and student engagement services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex application files, interpreting institutional admission requirements, and serving as a key point of contact for prospective students and educational agents. This role mirrors the scope and responsibilities of an admissions officer in a post-secondary institution, requiring a high level of accuracy, judgment, and professionalism. In addition to student advising, the role supports daily office operations, coordinates application tracking, and ensures a smooth and informed experience for all applicants throughout the admissions cycle.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Admissions & Student Communication

  2. Respond to inquiries from prospective students, families, and agents regarding programs, admissions requirements, and application processes

  3. Support the processing and tracking of student applications, documents, and offer letters
  4. Provide accurate and timely advising to students on admission timelines, next steps, and enrolment procedures
  5. Coordinate student onboarding and pre-arrival communication, ensuring smooth transition and positive student experience

2. Agent and Partner Support

  • Liaise with educational agents and institutional partners to provide program updates, respond to inquiries, and coordinate student files
  • Ensure agent records are up to date, and support the collection of contracts and references
  • Assist with organizing training materials and agent onboarding processes
  • Administrative & Office Support
  • Support the maintenance of internal databases and student records
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to admissions, student progress, and recruitment activities
  • Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, and general office coordination
  • Support on-site logistics for student arrival, events, and orientation activities

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business, Communications)
  • 1–3 years of related experience in admissions, student services, education, or client-facing role are preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Cross-cultural awareness and experience working with diverse populations
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
  • Ability to occasionally work evenings or weekends, if needed

ASSETS

  • Experience working with international students or educational agents
  • Familiarity with student information systems
  • Fluency in additional languages is a strong asset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
