This role is a 12‑month contract, offering a meaningful opportunity to contribute to impactful work.
What you'll be doing:
- Liaise between internal stakeholders and implementation partners, gathering requirements, validating system design and ensuring alignment with business needs
- Lead the design, configuration and integration of ERP solutions to streamline business processes, such as financials and procurement
- Collaborate with departments and third-party vendors to assess ERP requirements, ensure seamless integrations and support system adoption
- Develop technical requirements, test cases and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful go-live and system performance
- Analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues and manage system updates and upgrades in collaboration with IT and vendors
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, changes and operational procedures and support user training and onboarding
- Provide day-to-day support for ERP users, manage security and permissions and track and report on project progress, risks and changes
- Stay informed on ERP technology trends, offer recommendations for system improvements and manage escalations to ensure timely resolution of issues
What we're looking for:
- Hands-on experience administering and configuring UKG Pro and/or Workforce Dimensions in a live production environment
- Working knowledge of HR, payroll, and workforce management processes, with an understanding of downstream impacts of system changes
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and/or Financial/Business Administration
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
- Ability to follow established configuration standards, documentation, and governance practices while safely implementing approved changes
- Experience with data migration and data validation to support system implementations
- Knowledge of API integrations and automation tools for enhanced workflow efficiency
- Understanding of project management principles and familiarity with testing processes, including UAT and QA
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-starter with adaptability and a proactive approach to delivering solutions
- Ability to translate business needs from stakeholders into actionable technical requirements
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
