Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot, with strong expertise in Reactive Programming and building scalable APIs and microservices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

Develop high-throughput, low-latency backend systems using Reactive Programming (e.g., Project Reactor, WebFlux

Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

Contribute to architecture and design discussions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of professional backend development experience.

Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot framework.

Solid understanding of Reactive Programming concepts and tools (e.g., Reactor, RxJava, WebFlux

Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.

Hands-on experience with microservices architecture.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and containerized environments.

Good understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices
