Now, we’re inviting motivated individuals to join our high-performing team at our Dodson Lumber Mill. The Dodson, LA dimensional lumber manufacturing facility is looking for skilled industrial electricians with a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of electrical equipment, processes, and techniques to repair, modify, install and maintain the facility and high-tech lumber manufacturing equipment. Knowledge and experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, and welding is a plus.

• Applicants must be able to work any shift, weekends, overtime, holidays as needed.
• Starting pay will range from $24.94 - $40.52 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
• Retirement: Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, which includes a paid company match in addition to our annual contribution equal to 5% of your eligible pay.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have at least two (2) years' industrial electrical/process control experience and/or an electrical degree
• Experience in troubleshooting electrical systems
• Must have basic computer skills
• Able to work safely and follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Must be at least age 18
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, background check, & physical
• Able to work in extreme temperatures, in dusty and noisy conditions, while wearing safety equipment
• Must have demonstrated leadership and team skills
• Ability to write legibly and communicate as necessary to accomplish tasks
• Able to lift 2-20 pounds regularly, lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, climb steps and ladders, work from height, work in small and restricted areas, and stand or walk for 2-3 hours at a time for 10 hours
• PLC experience is a plus
