We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Shipping Clerk to join our logistics team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all outgoing shipments are accurate, efficiently processed, and correctly documented. Your duties will include picking and packing orders, verifying shipment contents, preparing shipping labels and documentation, coordinating with carriers, and loading trucks. You will play a critical part in the timely dispatch of goods and maintaining customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate possesses excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and prior experience in warehouse shipping operations. Familiarity with shipping software and carrier systems is a significant advantage. We are committed to a safe working environment and expect all employees to follow safety protocols diligently, including the mandatory use of PPE. This role involves regular lifting of packages, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A solid understanding of logistics and shipping procedures is vital.
