Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of F&B locations, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining high-quality food standards, managing finances effectively, and fostering a positive team culture.
• The F&B Manager will lead by example, practicing open communication with employees at all levels of management as well as adhering to safety policies at all times.
• This role requires an individual who can manage multiple priorities efficiently while building relationships across various departments within the organization.

• Foster professional growth through timely feedback workshops prioritizing continuous training in hospitality services.
  Qualifications    
  The ideal candidate should have:  
   • Bachelors degree or higher in Hospitality Management or related field,  Experiance in 'xultiplication', detailed records-keeping skills such as Microsoft Excel preferred ; Strong leadership experience supervising senior staff members.
