Business Analyst

IDEX Health & Science, LLC Target compensation is $95,000 - $100,000. Location: Rohnert Park, CA. As a Business Analyst you will help shape the design and development of our BI infrastructure and work closely with cross?functional teams. Responsibilities Develop impactful, interactive reports and data models using a business intelligence platform such as Power BI, ensuring reliability, performance, and security. Participate in the design and development of a scalable BI architecture and framework, aligning with business objectives for future growth. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into effective solutions. Partner with IT platform and ERP teams to harmonize best practices and streamline data flows. Develop and maintain data governance and data quality standards, ensuring data integrity and reliability. Stay up to date with the latest trends in BI technologies, automation, and other tools and innovate where possible. Provide support for maintaining and transitioning workflows using legacy tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of business intelligence experience in Finance, Sales, Operations, or related field. Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise?level reporting solutions. Expertise in data modeling. Solid understanding of relational databases. Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and macros. Strong analytical and problem?solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Additional Requirements
