In this vital role, you will oversee significant capital projects (typically over $30M), ensuring they are delivered on scope, on time, and within budget. You will also mentor and guide other project managers throughout the process. Key Responsibilities: Lead major capital projects while effectively managing project scope, schedule, and budget. Develop and implement competitive bidding strategies and negotiate complex contracts with architecture, engineering, and construction firms. Resolve complex project issues independently, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Direct design and construction processes through open communication with senior executives, user groups, and project teams. Utilize critical thinking and decisive judgment while working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field. Preferred: Master's Degree in a relevant field. At least 7 years of progressive experience in planning, design, and construction; preferred: 3 years' experience in healthcare projects.
