What Youll Do Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders at all levelsfrom frontline teams to Executive Leadership. Lead large, enterprise?wide initiatives with high organizational visibility and impact. Translate business strategy into clear, actionable requirements and solutions. Facilitate discussions, build consensus, and guide teams through change. Balance analytical rigor with strong communication and relationship?building skills. Drive initiatives from idea through adoption, ensuring solutions deliver real business value. Partner closely with technical teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

Experience & Skills Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally supporting enterprise systems. Experience working with ERP and CRM platforms (NetSuite and Salesforce preferred). Strong background in requirements gathering, process analysis and leading change management. Proven success influencing stakeholders and driving alignment across teams. Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments. Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and project management platforms.

Whats In It For You
Competitive Pay:
The salary for this position is between $98,000-$123,000 annually. Actual salary will depend on experience and internal equity. Our benefits include: Health and dental insurance.
