Build self-healing systems with automatic recovery, implement sophisticated encryption at enterprise scale, and design algorithms for real-time policy evaluation and data processing. Work on complex ETL pipelines processing sensitive data, implement data governance frameworks ensuring federal compliance, and solve distributed systems challenges around consistency, availability, and performance. Build workflow engines orchestrating complex processes, implement robotic process automation, and develop AI prompt engineering solutions that dynamically answer complex questions across classified systems. This is hardcore systems engineering where architectural decisions have real consequences. Your code ships to production quickly with immediate impact on critical national security systems. Required: Active TS/SCI with CI Poly, 5+ years backend development, proven experience building systems that scale to tens of thousands of concurrent users, distributed systems architecture, data processing/ETL, DoD familiarity. Bonus: Algorithm design, performance optimization, workflow automation, AI/ML integration.
