Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and engagement. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for the executive team. Collaborate with marketing to create promotional strategies and improve lead generation. Conduct training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their skills. Requirements Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership position. Strong knowledge of CRM software and MS Office Suite. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Adept at building relationships and influencing key stakeholders. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
