The Role
Full design management responsibility from pre‑construction through to handover
Leading and coordinating external consultants, architects and specialist subcontract designers
Managing design programmes, RFIs, technical queries and design risk
Driving buildability, value engineering and compliance with employer’s requirements
Working closely with Project, Commercial and Construction teams to ensure design intent is delivered on site
Involvement in bid support, technical submissions and early design development
