Every day we give customers ideas, advice, tools and confidence. As Sales & Service Team Manager you’ll lead showroom, TradePoint and front‑end teams to drive sales through exceptional service.
Role A great team needs a great leader. Your dual role builds a sales culture and delivers exceptional service for every customer. In this role you will:
Lead a large part of store operation, shaping the customer experience and driving service excellence through a newly formed team of Shift Leads.
Inspire the ‘Make Every Customer Count’ agenda as a daily habit with the wider store team.
Lead and inspire teams across Showrooms, TradePoint and Front end to deliver exceptional service.
Oversee safety, security and compliance routines across the store through your shift lead team.
What We Need Our Sales and Service Team Managers enable teams to exceed sales targets and create a great customer experience. In this role you should demonstrate:
Obsessed about our customers and listening to them.
Loves sales and winning.
Well planned and organised, with the ability to prioritise and think on your feet.
Your first thought is always to lead and coach, not jump in and “do”.
Confident to agitate when needed and deliver feedback to all audiences.
