Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Pharmaceutical /Nutraceutical/Food Science and a genuine passion for helping customers make informed wellness choices. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide accurate product information in a professional and compassionate manner.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional tone.
  • Provide accurate information about product ingredients, usage, and benefits, in compliance with company guidelines and applicable regulations.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and troubleshooting product or delivery issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, formulations, and wellness trends.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Production, Quality, Regulatory) to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement.
  • Uphold the company's brand values and commitment to excellent service and health education.

Requirements

  • Education
    : Diploma or bachelor's degree in Biology, Nutrition, Health Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.
  • Experience
    : Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the natural health, supplement, food, or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Knowledge of natural health products, vitamins, supplements, and/or holistic wellness practices preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain scientific or technical information clearly to customers.
  • Empathetic, patient, and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Microsoft Office Suite, or similar tools.
