Role & Responsibilities
As a Senior Front-End Web Developer at Dreww, you will be part of the creative team within our Growth Marketing department, working closely with our Ecommerce Growth and B2B Growth specialists to support our growth mandates. Your role will focus on designing and building websites and landing pages that directly support our inbound lead generation and ecommerce growth mandates. You will lead projects end to end, from designing conversion-focused experiences in Figma to developing and deploying websites across WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and HubSpot CMS. While this role does not involve heavy back-end development, it requires a strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as good design taste, a critical eye, and the ability to build clean, performance-driven front-end experiences. This role is for someone who understands the importance of messaging and how design, structure, and UX work together to drive results. You will collaborate closely with growth specialists to translate strategy and messaging into clear, high-converting web experiences. At Dreww, we are not a web or design studio focused on winning awards for visual wow factor. Our work is centered on driving meaningful business growth, and design decisions are made based on performance, usability, and conversion.
As a Senior Front-End Web Developer at Dreww, you will:
- Lead the design and front-end development of websites and landing pages from concept to launch using WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and HubSpot CMS
- Translate growth strategy, positioning, and messaging into clear site structures, page layouts, and user flows before design and development
- Design conversion-focused web experiences in Figma with a strong emphasis on messaging, hierarchy, and user flows
- Collaborate closely with Ecommerce Growth and B2B Growth specialists to translate strategy and messaging into effective web experiences
- Write clean, maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to support scalable front-end implementations
- Implement and support analytics, tracking, and conversion measurement using tools such as Google Tag Manager, platform pixels, and server-side tracking where applicable
- Ensure websites are responsive, performant, accessible, and aligned with conversion best practices
- Iterate on existing pages and websites based on performance insights and growth objectives
- Own the quality, execution, and delivery of your work from start to finish
Experience & Skills:
- 5–10 years of experience designing and building websites and landing pages in a professional environment
- Proven ability to take web projects from strategy and structure through design and front-end development with a high level of autonomy
- Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development. Experience with HubL is ideal but not required
- Hands-on experience working with platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, and HubSpot CMS
- Experience designing in Figma and translating designs into clean, production-ready front-end implementations
- Strong understanding of messaging, UX, and how website structure impacts conversion and performance
- Experience working on lead generation websites, ecommerce websites, or both
- High standards for quality, attention to detail, and execution
