Key Responsibilities
  • Actively lead shifts in support of senior leadership team members while assisting in managing budgetary goals

  • Ensure complete guest satisfaction and meaningful guest connections throughout each shift

  • Support both front-of-house and kitchen operations, ensuring smooth communication between teams

  • Assist with kitchen workflow, food quality standards, and timing during service periods

  • Contribute to positive team morale through contests, recognition, and on-shift support

  • Handle guest concerns and compliments professionally and efficiently

  • Support kitchen and service staff with training, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards

  • Demonstrate a desire to develop and motivate team members to perform at their best

  • Maintain an energetic, positive, and inclusive work environment that embraces diversity



Key Requirements
  • Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant or bar

  • Previous kitchen experience (line cook, prep, or expo) considered a strong asset

  • Solid understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and service flow

  • Hospitality-driven mindset toward both guests and team members

  • Previous restaurant leadership experience considered an asset
