We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our growing facility in Huntsville, Alabama. This position is vital to our daily operations, ensuring that inventory is handled with care and efficiency from arrival to departure. Your duties will encompass a range of tasks, including receiving and inspecting shipments, stocking merchandise, picking customer orders, and preparing items for dispatch. A strong commitment to Safety and the correct use of PPE is expected. You will be working in a collaborative environment where teamwork and clear communication are key to success. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically capable of performing tasks that involve significant Lifting, and has a proactive approach to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a leading logistics provider.Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.
- Stock shelves and manage inventory placement within the warehouse.
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor and storage areas.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear appropriate PPE as required by job function and site policy.
- Participate in physical inventory counts.
- Assist with shipping and receiving functions as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) throughout the shift.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and logistics.
- Commitment to following Safety guidelines and wearing PPE.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
