We're hiring a Warehouse Worker for our San Diego, California facility! This role is fundamental to our daily operations, supporting the efficient management of goods within our warehouse. You will be involved in a range of activities, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. A keen eye for detail, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety are crucial. You'll work closely with our logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus, but not always required as training is provided. We are dedicated to providing a safe working environment and supply all necessary PPE.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and properly store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick orders from shelves using pick lists or scanners.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through careful handling and stock rotation.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks safely.
- Follow all established safety procedures and protocols.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily targets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse or manual labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to perform regular lifting, up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse procedures and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety practices and the importance of using PPE.
