We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art facility in Portland, Oregon. In this essential role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and in excellent condition. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities crucial to the order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will work with precision and speed, utilizing advanced warehouse systems and equipment to locate and process items. Accuracy in selecting the correct products and quantities is paramount to our customer satisfaction. This position requires physical stamina, as frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds is a regular part of the job. A strong commitment to safety is non-negotiable; you will be expected to strictly follow all safety regulations and procedures, including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses and gloves. As a Fulfillment Associate, you are a key player in our logistics chain, contributing directly to the efficiency and success of our distribution operations. You will work collaboratively within a team environment, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities include: accurately picking items from inventory using scanners or pick lists, carefully packing orders to prevent damage during transit, verifying order details against products, processing returns, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, assisting with inventory management tasks, and adhering to all safety and operational guidelines.
