Are you a highly motivated individual seeking an opportunity in a dynamic fulfillment center? Our San Francisco, California location is hiring a Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team. This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders with precision and care. This involves navigating the warehouse, locating products, preparing them for shipment, and operating various equipment safely. You will also be involved in receiving inventory, stocking shelves, and maintaining an organized and efficient workspace. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are critical. This is a key position within our logistics operations, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. Compliance with safety standards and correct use of PPE are non-negotiable.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Process shipments using shipping software and equipment.
- Receive and process incoming inventory; stock shelves as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed performance expectations for productivity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations and logistics flow.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or similar environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with order picking and packing processes.
- Ability to operate RF scanners and basic computer systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Physical ability to perform tasks involving frequent lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Commitment to safety and following all guidelines.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management principles.
