We are seeking reliable and hardworking Warehouse Workers to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This position offers a comprehensive introduction to various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. As a Warehouse Worker, you will contribute directly to the efficient flow of goods within our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks.
- Stock and retrieve inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with care.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or inventory discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts as directed.
- Support the logistics team in various operational tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Understanding of warehouse safety best practices and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent work ethic.
- Basic understanding of logistics operations is helpful.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
