Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate in Richmond, Virginia! We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to support our fast-paced logistics operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and on time. You'll work collaboratively with other team members and supervisors to meet daily targets and maintain a high standard of productivity. This position requires a commitment to safety and a willingness to learn. We value attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Inspect goods for damages and verify quantities against purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick customer orders accurately using scanners and order sheets.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring proper materials and labeling.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and security.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and **lifting** up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with **logistics** and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to adhering to **Safety** guidelines and wearing required **PPE**.
