Join our dynamic team in Denver, Colorado as a Fulfillment Associate! We are seeking dedicated and energetic individuals to play a crucial role in our fast-paced logistics environment. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. This role is essential to our supply chain operations, ensuring timely and correct delivery of products. You will work closely with inventory management systems and collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders using an RF scanner.
- Inspect products for damage before packing.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to PPE and lifting guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
