Join our growing team as a Fulfillment Associate in Minneapolis, Minnesota! We are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to our e-commerce fulfillment operations. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. A strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, and safety is crucial. This position is integral to our logistics and customer satisfaction efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using an RF scanner or pick list.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure product quality before packing.
- Pack orders efficiently and securely, selecting appropriate packaging materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Stage packed orders for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock put-away.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on safety and proper Lifting techniques.
- Contribute to team goals and work collaboratively to meet daily targets.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and repetitive motion.
- Experience with order picking and packing procedures.
- Must be able to perform tasks involving moderate Lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
