We are looking for energetic and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods. A strong commitment to safety and efficiency is essential for success in this position. You will play a vital role in the smooth functioning of our supply chain and logistics network.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).
- Perform inventory counts and stock checks.
- Pick and pack orders based on customer requirements.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding safety.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
- Participate in team efforts to meet production goals.
- Follow strict guidelines for Lifting and material handling.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus, but not required for motivated individuals.
- Ability to perform tasks involving frequent Lifting, bending, and standing.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to reliability.
- Willingness to learn and operate different types of warehouse equipment.
- Understanding and adherence to safety guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Must be able to work scheduled hours and potentially overtime.
- Knowledge of logistics principles is beneficial.
