In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks supporting our logistics and distribution operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming materials and products.
- Accurately pick orders using pick lists or scanners.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Stage outgoing orders for carrier pickup.
- Perform general warehouse duties such as cleaning and organizing.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Conduct inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial but not required. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and reliability. Must be able to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods. Good communication skills. A commitment to safety and teamwork is crucial. Understanding of basic logistics concepts is a plus. We provide comprehensive training on all job functions and safety procedures. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina and attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and operational flow.
