We are seeking energetic and dependable Warehouse Associates to join our team in Portland, Oregon. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks critical to the efficient operation of our warehouse and logistics network. This includes receiving and stocking products, picking and packing orders, and assisting with shipping preparations. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Assist with the preparation and staging of outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain operations of the facility.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety regulations and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics concepts.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Working Conditions:
This position involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift in a warehouse environment which may involve exposure to varying temperatures. Strict adherence to safety guidelines and the correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) are mandatory to ensure a safe and productive workplace within our logistics operations.
