We are looking for a meticulous Shipping Clerk to join our logistics team in Miami, Florida. This role is critical for ensuring that all outgoing shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include preparing shipping documents, coordinating with carriers, verifying order contents, and ensuring proper packaging and labeling of all outbound goods. You will also be responsible for maintaining shipping records and tracking shipments. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or a similar administrative role within a warehouse environment is preferred. Adherence to all safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE, is essential. While this role is primarily administrative, occasional lifting of packages up to 25 pounds may be required. You will be a key player in our logistics network, ensuring that our products reach their destinations safely and on time. A proactive attitude and commitment to accuracy will lead to success in this position.
