You will be the first point of contact for incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and documenting any discrepancies. This position is vital to our logistics operations, ensuring that our inventory is accurately managed from the moment it arrives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working efficiently in a busy warehouse environment. Strong communication skills are important for interacting with vendors and internal teams. Responsibilities include: unloading incoming freight, inspecting goods for damage, data entry of received items, and stocking received materials in their designated locations. This role requires the ability to perform physical tasks, including regular lifting of up to 50 pounds, and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure a safe working environment.
