Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory, verifying quantities and quality.
  • Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Assist with inventory counts and audits.
  • Follow proper lifting techniques to prevent strain and injury.
  • Support the logistics team in achieving daily operational targets.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
