We are seeking motivated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be instrumental in the efficient operation of our facility, responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. This role requires a dedicated individual with a strong physical capability for lifting and moving items, and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all processes. Safety is our utmost priority, and you will receive comprehensive training on all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). This is a hands-on role within the logistics sector where your contributions directly impact our supply chain's efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in designated storage areas.
- Scan items into inventory using warehouse management systems.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other manual equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Support overall logistics operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse safety standards and the correct use of PPE.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding logistics setting.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
