Join our fast-paced logistics hub in San Francisco, California, as a Picker/Packer! We are looking for diligent and efficient individuals to ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. In this critical role, you will be responsible for selecting items from our warehouse inventory and meticulously packaging them for shipment. Your primary duties will involve using RF scanners or pick lists to locate products, verifying quantities, and ensuring that items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. You will also prepare packages for shipping, including labeling and staging them for carrier pickup. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is paramount. We provide comprehensive training on all aspects of the job, including safe lifting techniques and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift repeatedly, often involving items up to 50 lbs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong team player, and possesses a commitment to meeting productivity and quality standards. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations.
- Carefully pack items according to established guidelines to ensure product integrity.

- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for outgoing shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management tasks as needed.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of inventory control and logistics operations is beneficial.
