Job Summary:
We are recruiting a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our expanding logistics team in Washington, D.C. This role is integral to ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from receipt to shipment. Responsibilities include picking, packing, quality inspection, and preparing orders for delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. You will play a crucial role in our supply chain, directly influencing customer satisfaction and operational success. This position demands a proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
  • Conduct quality checks on products before packaging.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Receive and stock incoming inventory efficiently.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent record-keeping and cycle counts.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and scanners.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of appropriate PPE.
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
  • Assist with other warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 60 pounds.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using scanning devices and warehouse management systems.
  • Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and best practices.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and be on your feet for the duration of your shift.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Must be able to wear required PPE.
  • High school diploma or GED required.

This Fulfillment Associate position is fundamental to our logistics and order fulfillment success. We prioritize safety and require strict adherence to all safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques and the mandatory use of PPE to ensure a secure workplace.
