Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 + great benefits
Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital strategies for a selection of assigned clients
Analyse and optimise digital marketing efforts to drive engagement and achieve client objectives against KPI’s
Implement, manage and analyse paid media campaigns across search, display & social
Manage the organic search engine presence of your assigned clients and provide strategic, actionable recommendations for SEO
Provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights through in-depth data analysis
Begin leadership responsibilities by managing client accounts and meeting marketing objectives
Conduct data analysis, generate reports, and present findings to guide decision-making
Key Skills
Experience with PPC/Paid, SEO, Social and data across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta
Growing website traffic and conversions
Solid understanding of SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media & CRO
Use of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interpret statistics and spreadsheets
Knowledge of programmatic advertising & affiliate marketing an advantage
A second language would be advantageous but not essential
Person Spec
Great team player and willing to be in the office 3 days/week (hybrid. WFH 2 days/week)
Enthusiasm for new technology and all things digital
Self-starter and proactive
Problem solving and keeping abreast of industry innovations
Ability to prioritise tasks
Enjoy being challenged
