We currently have a 4-month temporary contract (Part-Time) Sales Associate position open at our Nepean, Ontario location. As a Sales Associate, you will provide an exceptional customer experience to all customers by promoting our products and providing fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Flexibility in working various shifts is a requirement. How you will make a difference:

Warmly welcome and create a friendly atmosphere for all customers.
Assess customer needs and provide knowledgeable recommendation on the range of products available.
Showcase the features and benefits of products that complement the sale.
Deliver legendary service by resolving customer inquiries according to Work Authority's Values.
Collaborate with the store team to enhance overall store sales by consistently providing outstanding customer experiences.
Skillfully close sales to build lasting customer relationships.
Continuously expand your knowledge of products, services, promotions, events, and store layout.
Assist in store merchandising, handle returns, and ensure the store maintains a safe, clean, and well-organized environment.
Adhere to all relevant store operational policies and practices, including customer service, loss prevention, and problem resolution.
Please note that the responsibilities listed above are not exhaustive. Additional duties, tasks, and qualifications may be necessary and/or assigned as needed.

Qualifications for Success:

A minimum of 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication abilities with a strong commitment to customer service.
Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to tackle new challenges.
Possess a mature attitude and a strong work ethic.
Exceptional team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels.
Reliable, mature attitude, and a strong work ethic are essential.
Excellent team player and able to work with people on all levels.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs, climb ladders safely to access elevated areas as needed, and the flexibility to stand for prolonged durations, bend and move with ease to complete job tasks.
Candidates should be flexible to work various shifts.
