The Senior Delivery Manager at ProCogia leads the delivery of world-class data and AI solutions for our clients and is both a hands-on consultant and a business builder. While delivering high-value, billable client work, you'll take ownership of growing accounts by identifying new opportunities, expanding into additional departments, and driving revenue growth.

You'll serve as the key delivery leader building trusted relationships, uncovering unmet needs, and positioning ProCogia as the go-to partner across the organization. In addition, you'll manage and mentor a team of consultants to ensure excellence in delivery that earns repeat and expanded business.

This role is equal parts client delivery, account expansion, and commercial leadership, ensuring ProCogia deepens its footprint and accelerates growth within every client we serve.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management & Revenue Growth

  • Act as delivery manager for assigned clients, owning expansion goals and revenue growth targets.
  • Build strong client relationships, becoming a trusted partner who understands business priorities and long-term strategy.
  • Deepen existing client relationships and build new relationships across stakeholder groups to strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Build and own a portfolio of client accounts that delivers consistent year-over-year growth.
  • Proactively identify expansion opportunities by:
    • Surfacing new needs in adjacent teams/functions.
    • Proposing add-on projects.
    • Driving early renewal and follow-up engagement discussions.
  • Partners with Sales/Business Development and Delivery Direction to shape SOWs, proposals, and pitches tied to revenue growth objectives.
  • Develop portfolio-level growth strategies and action plans in partnership with Sales and the Foundry.
  • Partner closely with Sales to actively mine accounts and drive client growth through expansion and retention initiatives.
  • Track and report progress towards assigned expansion and revenue goals.

Client Delivery & Billability

  • Serve as a hands-on consultant on client projects, maintaining billable utilization targets.
  • Lead project workstreams end-to-end, ensuring deliverables meet scope, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Translate complex client problems into actionable technical and business solutions.
  • Act as the senior subject matter resource on engagements, providing oversight and escalation support.
  • Own client satisfaction (C-Sat) as a core accountability, ensuring delivery excellence drives retention and long-term account growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership, providing guidance on data, analytics, and AI initiatives aligned to business objectives.

Consultative Leadership & Innovation

  • Demonstrate a consultative mindset by proactively identifying client and company pain points, opportunities, and risks, and bringing insights, recommendations, and ideas to clients.
  • Apply "Applied Innovation" by conceiving new approaches and solutions, and partnering with the Foundry and Sales teams to bring innovative offerings to clients.
  • Conceive and introduce new and improved delivery and business models that help clients achieve objectives while driving improved revenue and margins for ProCogia.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Foundry and clients to rapidly share, validate, refine, and deploy innovative solutions.

Consultant Management & Development

  • Directly manage a team of consultants, including career development, performance management, and consistent 1:1 check-ins.
  • Mentor consultants on soft and hard skills required for the role.
  • Develop learning plans for consultants as needed.
  • Provide coaching on technical excellence, consulting skills, and client engagement.
  • Ensure consultants are aligned with project expectations and proactively address delivery risk or issues.
  • Develop and mentor the next cohort of Delivery Managers (DMs), supporting their progression into leadership roles.
  • Support recruitment, as the hiring manager for your team, responsible for identifying hiring needs, compiling job descriptions along with HR, participating in interviews and providing candidate feedback.
  • Participate in onboarding new team members, along with HR.

Scrum Master & Project Management

  • Responsible for ensuring teams are running effective daily scrum meetings.
  • Responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget,
  • Select the correct PM format and ensure all team members are well coached on working style.

Planning, Communicating & Financial Management

  • Involved in internal initiatives to improve existing processes and identify gaps and create new processes.
  • Participate in setting plans and directions for the team.
  • Communicate direction setting information from ProCogia leadership and the customer leadership.
  • Manage team budgets as directed by finance and leadership team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field; Ph.D. is a plus.
  • Proven track record of building and managing scalable data science platforms in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, and Posit).
  • Proficiency with big data technologies and machine learning frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership and mentorship skills, with experience leading high-performance technical teams and fostering collaboration across functions.
  • Skilled in advanced analytics, with a solid understanding of data-driven decision-making and predictive modeling.
