About the role We are looking for a motivated, target‑driven individual to work door‑to‑door, selling Virgin Media O2 services. You will knock on doors, initiate conversations, follow up on leads, and manage your own patch as a small business. This is a full‑time role with flexible 12‑8 pm shifts.
Compensation £25,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission (OTE ≈ £45,000) . Top earners can reach £50‑70 k annually.
What you’ll be doing
Knocking on doors and converting conversations into customers.
Understanding customer needs and explaining how Virgin Media O2 can help.
Following up on leads and building a strong patch.
Must haves
Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
Full UK driving licence.
Availability for 12‑8 pm shifts.
