Group Ecommerce Content Specialist
to join our dynamic team and make dreams come true!
As the Ecommerce Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in
crafting, optimising, and managing engaging digital content
to drive ecommerce success. Working closely with the Merchandising & CRO Lead, you will ensure that product information is accurate, compelling, and tailored to our target audience across all digital platforms. You will
leverage data insights
to enhance the online customer journey and
support strategies that boost conversion rates and user engagement.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast‑paced, evolving environment focused on digital growth.
To achieve this goal, your
functions
will be the following:
Support the Merchandising & CRO Lead in
implementing effective conversion optimisation strategies
across digital channels.
Identify opportunities
to enhance customer experience and product visibility through data‑driven analysis.
Collaborate with analysts to
design, execute, and evaluate A/B and multivariate tests , refining site content, layouts, and merchandising tactics.
Ensure consistency and high quality in product images, descriptions, categorisation, and tags across all e‑commerce platforms.
Adapt content to suit regional audiences , maintaining brand and creative standards while ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance.
Work closely with Content and Creative Teams to coordinate the timely
launch of products, seasonal updates, and promotional campaigns .
Contribute to the
development of visual merchandising strategies
and assist in crafting engaging product stories.
Optimise all
content for SEO , aligning with customer search trends and behaviour.
Track and
analyse key merchandising metrics
including click‑through rates, conversion rates, and bounce rates.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to site layout, categorisation, or content.
Assist with reporting and presenting merchandising insights to stakeholders to inform future strategies.
The
knowledge
you should bring to Jumbo Group to take our services to the next level is:
2+ years of experience
as a Ecommerce Content Specialist, or similar role.
Exceptionally
organised , with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable managing
multiple requests
and keeping
track of timelines .
Excellent writing and oral expression in
English . Other languages are a plus.
Familiarity with
Helium10, Pacvue, Amazon Vendor Central, and Amazon Seller Central.
